Career Guidance and Placement Cell:

    The Career Guidance and Placement Cell help the students to look for suitable career and provide opportunity for them to seek job opportunities for the final year students. The Cell conducts workshops and Training programmes on career orientation, higher study options, self employment and management to make the students to be benefitted with the available choices by this cell. Experienced resource persons are invited to give career counseling to students.

    The cell has arranged various soft skill programmes on communication skills, personality development, stress management and preparation of curriculum to facilitate the students by way of recognizing and nurturing their talents. Interview sessions as well as aptitude tests were organized for final year students, training programmes on soft skill development and career building were arranged for benefits the students of the History, Optional English, Economics, Political Science, Sociology and Optional Kannada. Also, conducted interview skill awareness to our students inorder to gain success in their career. Motivation classes were conducted to bring about voluntary commitment and involvement among students to perform well.

     Over the past 5 years about 51 students of our institution have been placed in difference capacities in Govt., non-government, private organization and in addition few have opted for self employment.
